Not happy with your purchase? No problem! We have a 7 day full return policy which starts after your delivery date. After the 7 days, we offer a return with a 15% restocking fee. We also carry a 30 day exchange policy after delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@victoryinteriors.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective or if you see any damages due to manufacturing or shipping. Please take a reference photo and send it to us. We'll make sure you get a new one asap and give you instructions on how to return this to us.
